WOLF HOUND
Ambushed behind enemy lines, an American fighter pilot attempts to rescue the crew of a B-17 Flying Fortress while foiling a plot that could change the outcome of World War II.
Turncoat Pictures served as the primary VFX vendor for the independent action film Wolf Hound, an ambitious project featuring 437 visual effects shots. Turncoat Pictures not only delivered 351 final VFX shots but also served as the production’s VFX department. This included curating and creatively managing all vfx shots across their internal team and external vendors such as Opsis Crafty Apes, Incessant Rain, and Anibrain.

Now available on AppleTV and Amazon Prime Video.

Mike had used visual effects in some of his other past projects, but nothing to this magnitude. As Wolf Hound’s overall visual effects supervisor, I wanted to give him as close to a traditional, studio film setup as possible.
